About Mestre Everaldo
Founder of Grupo Zumbi. One of the pioneers of capoeira in the region of Fortaleza. One of the biggest groups of that time. Mestre Everaldo began capoeira in 1974 with the first capoeira group ever in Fortaleza. This group was led by Mestre Ze Renato. As a mestre and as a person he has extremely charismatic ways to maintain one sense of community between the groups of the time in the late 70’s.
